Where to find liquid gel eyeshadow?Help please!?
I was wondering like where to find liquid gel eyeshadow..like at walmart,CVS,or target?&i was wondering is pencil or liquid eyeliner better for eyes w/contacts?&if anyone could like give me a good site on how to apply it that would be great!!:) thanks so much!!!(:
