Why don't they have brands like Mac,sephora,E.L.F,urban decay e.t.c in stores in Australia?

I always see these beauty gurus on you tube using and recomanding these products but it seriously pisses me off when the only makeup brands I see here is revlon,meybelline( sorry abt spellings),chi chi, and some more unknown brands. And It's impossible to find eye primer,liquid highlighter,beauty blender,jumbo eyeliner pencils and other stuff which these big brands have.The only option is to buy online which I don't like. If I am unaware of some place where they have these brands,or some australian brand who have these products please let me know.thanks
