Do i have a disorder? Whats going on?

Ive been in a relationship with this guy for a year we broke up because of parents disapproval but i love him and still see him i feel crazy and cannot go a day with out talking to him i freak out start crying punching everything and having crazy thoughts and ive had suicidal thoughts/problems in the past and feel very depresses and alone
