Someone please oh please respond =/ How can I lose 10-20 pounds in one month?

I once lost more than that much weight in a month. There are a few super foods that are great for it. Spinach, almonds, lean meat (turkey and fish), raspberries. Eat small portions for your meals, snack on celery, because it burns more calories to digest than it provides, and drink tons and tons of water. When I lost the weight, I had a turkey and spinach (spinach makes a nice lettuce replacement) sandwich on whole grain bread every day, and snacked on the occasional almonds and raspberries and celery. I drank lots and lots of water, and sometimes Gatorade, and dropped from a somewhat flabby 260 to a fairly muscular 220 in one month. I kept it off for almost a year after that.
