How can i delete a question from yahoo Q&A?

The option to delete the question should be in the edit menu, along with the "add details" etc. If it's not appearing, try refreshing the page or signing out and then back in to clear the error. You can delete open questions only; if the question is resolved, or has rolled over into voting, you will not be able to do so.
