How do I fix my messed up eyebrows???!?

I don't have nicely shaped eyebrows to begin with, one is like higher arched than the other one. They're not really overplucked..just uneven and it's making me fricken mad. Everytime I try to shape them they look worse. They just do not match!!!! I've tried filling them in with powder and eyebrow pencil but they still look like crap and whenever I fill them in they look too dark and fake and I don't like that. Should I just not pluck for a while and then go get them professionally shaped?! Please give me some advice! I have no idea what to do about them. Thankssss!:)
