Trying remember a movie?

I know little of this movie I am trying to remember, so all I remember is there's this dude taking this exam, he opens his exam paper with his pencil and it breaks I think he rips a page and then he tries to put his broken pencil together and tries to write with it and end up poking hole in hid paper and stuff that's all I remember I don't know who stars in it please help
